Admin Support


We have an opportunity for a reliable and organised Admin Support to join our Local Market team in a part-time, 6-month fixed-term role. This position supports the administration and coordination of kiwifruit and avocado sales for BayFarms and NZGKC and is well suited to someone looking for school-friendly hours.

Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

Reporting to the Domestic Market Manager you’ll help ensure orders, documentation, and inventory information are accurate and up to date, so our local market operations run smoothly.

This is a varied role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt as priorities shift. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure orders and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Your mahi will include:

  • Entering and maintaining order, inventory, and operational data in company systems
  • Organising and maintaining digital and physical records
  • Supporting inventory tracking and stocktakes for avocados and kiwifruit
  • Coordinating packaging orders and communication with the packhouse and suppliers
  • Providing administrative support across the local market team as needed
  • Assisting with coverage during busy periods or staff leave
  • Supporting Health & Safety and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Good Excel and general computer skills (Microsoft Office)
