Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role
You’ll be a key part of our Grounds team, focusing on the day-to-day maintenance and sustainability efforts across our site. Your mahi will help ensure our environment is well-kept, safe, and aligned with our sustainability goals.
Your work will include:
- General maintenance across the Trevelyan’s site
- Supporting waste and recycling efforts
- Assisting with pest and rodent operations
- Driving innovation in waste, recycling, and sustainability initiatives
He kōrero mōu | About you
You're an outdoorsy person - energetic, innovative, and passionate about sustainability. You know how to work independently and as part of a team, and you’re confident using tools and equipment safely.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in grounds and/or maintenance roles.
- General knowledge of working tools and equipment
- A strong Health & Safety focus
- High level of physical fitness and a friendly, approachable manner
- PASSION for protecting the environment.
- An ideas mindset — always looking for ways to improve.
