laboratory operations with precision and care.
Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About
the Role
You’ll
lead our Laboratory team, overseeing testing, crop estimation, and orchard
mapping to support our technical and operational goals. This is a hands-on
leadership role where you’ll manage people, processes, and performance to
ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality outcomes.
Your
mahi will include:
- Leading
lab testing for dry matter, pressure, colour, brix, and more
- Managing
crop estimation and orchard mapping
- Supervising
and coaching lab staff and orchard samplers
- Ensuring
lab setup, calibration, and data systems are maintained
- Driving
continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
- Liaising
with Grower Services, Harvest, and Logistics teams
