Online Administrator - BayFarms Local Market

The role

As the Online Administration for Bayfarms, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our WooCommerce website and order fulfilment process. You’ll be the bridge between our online customers, operations team, and marketing – helping us ensure that every order is packed and dispatched with care. This is a varied part time role supporting a diverse team with the following: 

  • Monitoring and processing orders from our WooCommerce website.
  • Monitoring order flows and identifying issues early
  • Maintaining and updating customer databases and subscriptions
  • Liaising with operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Coordinating with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
  • Supporting social media activities and customer engagement
  • Tracking performance against team KPIs and providing administrative support
  • Part time – ideal hours Monday to Thursday 8am – 2pm (negotiable for the right candidate)

Skills & experience

This role would suit someone with strong admin skills who is excited about contributing to a business with real growth goals. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, a confident communicator, and comfortable using order and media online platforms.

  • This is a key role supporting the delivery of all Local Market outcomes. You’ll be a conduit between our customers and operations team so clear and open communication, and accurate administration is essential for our success.
