approachable and team first person to support our People & Culture team,
helping us deliver great experiences for Trevelyan’s people.

Tūranga Mahi | About the Role
This role
keeps the wheels turning for our People & Culture team. You’ll be involved
in a variety of admin tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems,
uniforms, and team coordination, helping us stay organised, efficient, and
focused on supporting people.
Your mahi
will include:
- Getting stuck into seasonal
recruitment
- Assisting with onboarding administration
and employment documentation
- Data entry and updates in our HR
systems
- Coordinating uniforms and employment
supplies
- Assist with training and events
- Helping seasonal teams get set up
for a smooth start
This is a
great opportunity for an HR graduate, or someone who wants to build their
experience in HR and gain exposure across all parts of the employee lifecycle.

You’ll bring:
- Previous administration
experience (HR or recruitment is a bonus)
- Strong computer, systems and data
entry skills
- Confidence working with our seasonal
teams
