Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role
You’ll be a key part of our People & Culture team,
focusing on the day-to-day experience of our workforce. Your mahi will help new
people feel welcome, current staff feel heard, and teams stay informed and
connected.
Your work will include:
- Coordinating
onboarding and inductions for new staff
- Champion
for recognition, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
- Supporting
internal communications that keep our teams in the loop
- Running
kaimahi surveys and supporting actions that follow
- Helping
managers with performance, HR queries and employee support
- Working
across the team on general HR admin and events

You're a people person — warm, inclusive, and highly
organised. You know how to make others feel seen and valued, and you’re
confident working with people from all backgrounds.
You’ll bring:
- HR,
events, or people experience (formal or informal)
- Strong
communication skills – both written and verbal
- Confidence
working with seasonal and multicultural workforces
- An
eye for detail, and a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Alignment

- Experience
with conflict resolution, coaching or wellbeing is a bonus — but a
people-first mindset is key.
